| One of the premier practice facilities in the Southwest, The Links At Sierra Blanca offers a 40,000 square foot practice tee, 18,000 square foot short game green, and two PGA Professionals on staff to offer lessons year around.
Eric Eggleston, PGA Professional, is currently the head golf professional/general manager of The Links at Sierra Blanca. Focusing his teaching on beginners and youth, Eric has been recognized as the Sun Country Section Junior Golf Leader in 2005, 2006, and 2008. Eric has coached the Ruidoso Warrior boys golf team for the past 11 seasons.
West Hilzer, PGA Professional, is currently the teaching professional at The Links at Sierra Blanca. West will be starting his second year with us in 2011. West has over 25 years experience in the golf industry. A PGA Tour director for the Ben Hogan and Mizuno companies, West worked closely with the tour professionals assuring proper equipment for the staff players. West is also responsible for reinstating the Men's Golf Team at S.M.U. and lead the Mustangs to the 1987 SWC Title.
